Another day spent exploring Florence. We went to Pasticceria Nencioni for a ciambella (donut) and caffe and then headed over to Foody Farm which is a restaurant in Florence that offers a more modern take on cuisine than the typical trattorias and osterias you will find in the area.

After that we walked over to the Oltrarno neighborhood and got caught in a rainstorm. So we hid under a tree for a while until it subsided then went to Ditta Artiginale, which is a more American-style hipster coffee shop. It’s the first place I have seen cold brew, and they sell their own roasted beans too. Then it was a gelato for us, of course.
