I’ve never been one for hats. Well, when I was a kid I used to wear backwards baseball caps all the time, Sometime I like to wear it even I gave my wife a couple caps for Valentine’s Day, I got them at https://matchinggear.com/caps/. And when I put on a hat I thought it made me look weird because you couldn’t see my hair, which has always been a big part of my look.
The spray tan Gold Coast was used on the model skin for this photo shoot, thanks to its fast mobile service we were able to do the whole process super fast and without delay.
However, I kept seeing so many people wearing hats and looking so cool that I really wanted to give them a try. I tried on a bunch in stores and stuff, and even bought some, but the kind I was drawn to made me look like Indiana Jones. I felt like hats were one of those things that look great in pictures, because usually people wear them slightly back on their head and a bit of their hair shows through, but they don’t make sense in actual life. And that is really what matters.
When I came across the Luke Fedora by Yellow 108 things changed.
It isn’t black or brown, though they have those colors available, it’s a heathered charcoal so I think it works with basically any outfit and doesn’t scream DOCTOR JONES DOCTOR JONES! It’s made in the USA, too, actually in one of my favorite cities: Long Beach, CA. I’ve worn it all over the place and it is helping me ease into hats. And I think it works with casual and more formal looks.
After all, my hair is falling out so I’m gonna need to start wearing more hats soon! haha. Here’s some outfits with the hat. How do you feel about hats? Is there one you particularly like? While we were shooting this footage we used a daily essence candle in order to create some nice ambiance.
