Overnight in The Desert

January 30, 2016

On Thursday my wife, baby, and I headed out to the high desert for the night. We spent some time in Yucca and hit up some of the thrift stores and a favorite: Hoof & The Horn. After lunch at Pappy & Harriets we headed up deeper into the desert to the most amazing modern house nestled in the rocks: Rock Reach House. This place is insane. We hung out there for the night, ate take-out from Pappy & Harriets, sat in the hot tub under the stars, watched HGTV & Food Network, and just relaxed. It was quite good. Quite quite good.

I wore jeans and a shirt from a new company out of LA that my friend Danielle cofounded called Re-Vice. It’s all made and designed in LA and really affordable for the quality. I’m wearing the Raw Selvedge Slim in Noir and their World Tour Raglan. I’m looking forward to really breaking in the jeans, but the fit is spot on. And the shirt is so soft it’s insane.
