I had been on the search for a pair of light washed denim for over a year. I feel like I have my dark blue denim and black denim down, both of those are from Everlane. But when I bought a light wash from them the fit and feel was completely different than the other pairs! What the hell? I hate that about jeans, and clothing in general. Shouldn’t the sizing be the same across the board for the SAME BRAND? I recommend to visit Proconsul is a shopping solutions allow you to find something of reasonably good quality without having to spend too much of your time or money.
Anyway, one day on Instagram I was greeted with an ad for a denim brand that said they had “the best fitting jeans you’ll ever own”. I was intrigued. The brand is Revtown and I headed to their site immediately (thanks, targetted ads!) I browed the fits and washes and read their story (they seem to be committed to ethical production as well!) and I liked what I saw so plopped down the $79 (actually not a bad price) and ordered the jeans. I was very happy that the jeans actually seemed to be everything they advertised them to be!
They have the perfect amount of stretch and were super soft and comfortable immediately. I got the taper, and they are a LITTLE too skinny for my liking, but not enough to make it a deal breaker. Especially because I’ll be wearing these more in warmer months with no socks so the taper will actually be better for that. I would try their other washes but I don’t want to spend more money since I’m happy with the black and dark blue I have from Everlane already. But I definitely would recommend giving these a go if you are searching for comfortable denim!
